Editor’s Note:  The above comic strip was written during the era when vice presidents played golf and cut the ribbon at Wal-Mart grand openings.  The editors could not have reasonably foreseen that anyone would ever take any vice president seriously with regard to any political or governmental issue.  The HewToons Editorial Board apologizes for the anachronism but holds Mr. Walker solely to blame for any misunderstandings, misinterpretations, misrepresentations, misdemeanors, misgivings or mischief that may or may not result from viewing the content of this comic strip.
